The family business based in hessian Grünberg manufactures insulation monitoring devices for ungrounded tractive systems in electrical vehicles. The Isometer continuously measures the insulation resistance between the high voltage cables and vehicle-ground and disconnects the accumulator in case of a failure to protect the driver.
