Uprights made by H+E

We are proud to announce the manufacturing of our uprights by Hofmann und Engel again. They were produced in a complicated 5-axis milling process by the company close to Dresden. H+E have a large experience with constructing and fabricating of engineering products. Additionally they possess both, the ability and the knowledge of production by using innovative manufacturing processes.

The uprights are a hybrid-functional component in our car, belonging to the suspension and furthermore to the powertrain. Their main function is to facilitate accurate wheel movement and supporting the drivetrain loads. Considering the use in a race car, the lightweight design is important as well. Absolute precision in manufacturing is essential to reach this functional integration.
